What platforms do we use for the sessions?
All our active conversational loops take place online via Google Meet or Zoom. You'll receive a direct calendar invitation with the link before your session begins. All you need is a stable internet connection, a quiet room, and a working microphone/camera.
How do I make payments?
For convenience within Egypt, we accept digital payments via Instapay or Vodafone Cash. Monthly plan installments are settled upfront after your initial free diagnostic session is completed and your schedule is approved.
What is the cancellation and rescheduling policy?
We value consistency, but we know life happens. You can reschedule a session for free up to 12 hours in advance by messaging your coach directly on WhatsApp. Sessions cancelled with less than 12 hours' notice cannot be refunded or made up.
Is this program right for total beginners?
Speakwell focuses strictly on flow-state conversational training and natural language acquisition. It is perfect for individuals who already understand basic structure but freeze up, struggle to find words, or lack the confidence to express complex ideas naturally.
How long is the free trial session?
The diagnostic trial runs for 20-30 minutes. It's a completely relaxed conversation where your coach gauges your current speaking comfort level, understands your distinct learning goals, and charts out your custom strategy.
